Is there any pleasure in life simpler than a pancake with lemon and sugar?
I've never made pancakes on my own before so I decided to add a bit of sparkle to detract from any burned bits or messy edges. I substituted cake sparkles and hundreds-and-thousands in to replace the sugar you would usually sprinkle on top.
INGREDIENTS:
100g plain flour
2 large eggs
300ml milk
lemon wedges
assorted cake sprinkles and glitter
