96. New medication

Recently my medication hasn't been working as well as it normally would. I'm getting more dystonia (cramps in the muscles) which make it difficult to walk.

I saw my consultant and he suggested adding a new medication to the mix, one that should help the cramping and make the other medication more efficient.

I always get the fear when I start a new medication. I remember what it was like the first time I took Parkinson's medication and how terrible I felt. You never know what side effects you are going to get and that's always worrying.

Fingers crossed!
