I love having fresh flowers in my house but I have a terrible habit of missing that point where they slide past their prime into the sad looking zone.
But inspired by my bouquet course I looked after my flowers, checking them each day to see if they needed love, any bits trimming etc. It meant I managed to catch them before they went on the turn and created a 'recycled' bouquet from all the hardier flowers.
